Penske Logistics engineers state-of-the-art transportation, warehousing, and freight management solutions that deliver powerful business results for market-leading companies. With operations spanning North America, South America, Europe, and Asia, Penske helps businesses move forward by increasing visibility and driving down supply-chain costs. As a driver, you join a team of professionals committed to delivering products safely and on time, representing not just Penske, but also the world's leading brands you haul for.
You will drive late-model, Penske-maintained trucks equipped with best-in-class specs designed for comfort and safety, including inward and outward-facing in-cab cameras. Your day will involve covering various routes and assignments, performing multi-stop deliveries of parts and supplies to retail stores, and unloading trailers using manual pallet jacks and hand trucks. You will use scanners to track products as they are delivered, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
This role is about more than just driving; it is about incredible customer service and building relationships with your accounts. You will likely be driving branded trucks and wearing client uniforms, acting as a representative for both Penske and your clients. With locations across the nation, you have the opportunity to move to a new city as your career grows. You will be part of a stable, nationwide company known for great management, clear communication, and a fantastic safety record.
Ready to put your truck-driving career in high gear? Penske offers a stable environment with tons of training opportunities. We pay every Friday, and for most driving positions, you are home daily. The culture is built on safety, with a requirement to work in a constant state of alertness and accept responsibility for your own safety and that of others. Whether you are looking to fuel your career or take it to the next level, Penske provides the equipment, management, and support you need.
To join the team, you must complete the Penske employment application and submit to a background investigation, which includes past employment, education, and criminal history, as well as a drug screening. The role is regulated by the Department of Transportation, so the ability to work safely and comply with all federal and state laws is essential.
Penske is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
