About the Role
Food and food service delivery drivers fulfill a critical role in the country’s food supply chain. As a CDL-A Driver, you are not only responsible for ensuring customer products arrive at their destination on time and in good condition, but you also serve as the face of our company, building lasting relationships with our customers.
You will drive tractor-trailers or straight trucks on intrastate and interstate local, over-the-road (OTR), shuttle, overnight, and drive-and-drop routes. Your mission is to deliver and unload food and food-related products in a safe, timely manner while strictly adhering to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. Hiring Process

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleUnload products from trailer and transport items to designated customer storage areas
- check_circlePerform damage control checks and scan items according to company policy
- check_circleDrive tractor trailer or straight truck to deliver food products safely and on time
- check_circleCollect cash or checks and load customer returns onto the trailer
- check_circleVerify delivery of items with customers and obtain proper signatures
- check_circleMaintain general housekeeping duties in tractor, loading dock, and trailers
- check_circleCommunicate professionally with customers, vendors, and co-workers
- check_circleComplete all required paperwork including freight logs and hours of service records
- check_circleReport safety issues, hazards, and required repairs immediately
- check_circlePerform pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections of tractor, truck, and trailer
- check_circleEnsure freight is properly loaded, secured, and locked during transit
Requirements
- verifiedHigh School Diploma/GED or Equivalent
- verified12+ months commercial driving experience
- verifiedValid CDL-A
- verified21+ years of age
- verifiedClean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for past 3 years
