About the Role
Ryder is hiring a Class A CDL Truck Driver in Knoxville, TN, offering a driving career you can feel good about. This position is designed for drivers who want to go home daily while earning a competitive wage. You will operate a day cab tractor with a flatbed trailer (48' or 53'), utilizing mounted forklifts and Moffett equipment. The route covers local deliveries to Tennessee and Kentucky, with freight that includes brick trucks 36 months or newer.
As a Ryder driver, you are the captain of your vehicle. You make the safety decisions, and your job is protected. The schedule typically runs Monday through Friday with some Saturdays during peak seasons, starting between 5:00 am and 7:00 am. You will be part of a community of proud women and men in logistics, including Military Reservists and Veterans.
