About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our fleet as either Solo OTR or Team Drivers. Our mission is to provide a balanced lifestyle that combines strong earning potential with predictable home time. Whether you are looking to run 28 days out and get 5 days home, or partner with a family member or friend, we offer the consistency and support you need on the road.
Solo drivers can expect an average of 2,000+ miles per week with 100% no-touch freight and a consistent, planned schedule. Top performers in our OTR division earn over $1,500 weekly. For those interested in team driving, we offer a Team Match program to help you find the right partner if you don't have one, or we can assist with sponsorship programs to bring a family member or friend on board. Team drivers typically average 5,000 miles per week with competitive split pay.
Our Equipment and Support
We invest in our drivers by providing newer equipment, averaging just 18 months old. Our network includes convenient home-base terminals and 24/7 driver support to ensure you are never stranded. We also offer paid orientation to get you started smoothly.
Hiring Process
Interested candidates must hold a valid Class A License (CDL A) and be at least 21 years old with a minimum of 3 months of verifiable experience. The application process includes a DOT physical and drug test. Please note that SAP drivers are not eligible for hire, and specific driving history requirements regarding accidents, moving violations, and DUI/DWI offenses must be met to qualify for bonus payouts.
