We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our fleet as either Solo OTR or Team Drivers. Our mission is to provide a balanced lifestyle that combines strong earning potential with predictable home time. Whether you are looking to run 28 days out and get 5 days home, or bring a family member or friend along as a teammate, we offer the consistency and support you need on the road.

Solo OTR Drivers

Solo drivers enjoy a consistent, planned schedule with 100% no-touch freight. You can expect to average over 2,000 miles per week while earning top-tier compensation. The top 20% of our solo drivers earn over $1,500 weekly. We offer a $2,000 sign-on bonus and performance bonuses to reward your dedication.

Team Drivers

For those who prefer to drive with a partner, our team drivers can average 5,000 miles per week with starting pay splits ranging from $0.72 to $0.80 CPM. We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus to be split between partners. If you do not have a team partner, our Team Match program can help you find the right fit, or you can bring a family member or friend along. We also offer a sponsorship program for new team members.

Equipment and Support

Our fleet features newer equipment averaging 18 months old, ensuring reliability on every run. Drivers benefit from convenient home-base terminals and 24/7 driver support. We also provide paid orientation to get you started smoothly.

Benefits and Perks

We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance with prescription benefits for employees and dependents. Additional perks include a 401(k) match, stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement. We also provide basic and supplemental life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, accident insurance, hospital indemnity, and critical illness coverage. Application and Qualifications

To apply, you must hold a valid Class A License (CDL A) and be at least 21 years old with a minimum of 3 months of verifiable experience. Candidates must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test. We maintain high safety standards, requiring no more than one CMV on-road preventable accident in the last two years, no major CMV preventable accidents in the last five years, and no more than two moving violations in the last two years. Additionally, there must be no DUI/DWI within the past five years (or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL), and no drug-related convictions within the past five years (or 10 years if holding a CDL). Drivers with a positive or refused drug test in the past 10 years with a CDL-A/CLP are not eligible, nor are SAP drivers.
