About the Role
We are seeking dedicated CDL-A drivers to join our team on long-haul over-the-road (OTR) routes. Whether you prefer the independence of solo driving or the camaraderie of a team, this position offers a consistent schedule and the opportunity to earn a competitive annual income averaging $78,000.
Solo drivers can expect to average 2,000+ miles per week on a consistent 12-days-out, 2-days-home schedule. Top performers in our solo fleet earn over $1,525 weekly. For those looking to drive with a partner, we offer a Team Match program to help you find the right teammate, or you can bring a family member or friend along. Team drivers enjoy a split starting pay of $0.72 - $0.80 CPM with an average of 5,000 miles per week.
We provide newer equipment averaging 18 months old and maintain convenient home-base terminals to ensure your time on the road is as efficient and comfortable as possible.

Requirements

- verifiedNo more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years
- verifiedNo DUI/DWI within the past 5 years (or 10 years if holding CDL)
- verifiedPass a DOT physical and drug test
- verifiedNo drug related conviction within the past 5 years (or 10 years if holding CDL)
- verifiedNo positive/refused tests in the past 10 years with CDL-A/CLP
- verifiedSAP drivers are not eligible for hire
