About the Role
As a Truck Driver, you will be a key member of our Transportation & Logistics operations, responsible for the safe, timely, and accurate delivery of food, beverage, tobacco, and related convenience retail products from our distribution facilities to retail customers. This role goes beyond driving; you will represent Core-Mark's values by providing professional, courteous service to store managers and staff at every stop, resolving basic delivery issues on the spot, and handling temperature-sensitive items in accordance with food safety guidelines.
You will operate company vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations and Core-Mark safety standards, conducting thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections. Your day will involve verifying orders against invoices, obtaining customer signatures, handling returns, and maintaining accurate delivery documentation using electronic logging devices and onboard routing systems. In addition to driving duties, you may assist with rotating stock and placing products in designated areas. Requirements
- verifiedValid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
