About the Role
As a Truck Driver, you will be a key member of our Transportation & Logistics operations, responsible for the safe, timely, and accurate delivery of our products. This role is designed for a reliable, safety-focused professional who takes pride in representing Core-Mark's customer-first culture. You will operate company vehicles in strict compliance with DOT regulations and our internal safety standards, ensuring every stop is handled with precision and care.
Your day will involve thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections, precise loading and unloading of freight using pallet jacks, and meticulous verification of orders against invoices. Beyond driving, you will provide professional service to store managers, resolving basic delivery issues on the spot and maintaining accurate documentation using electronic logging devices. You may also assist with rotating stock and handling temperature-sensitive items in accordance with food safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- verifiedValid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- verifiedClean driving record meeting DOT and company standards
- verifiedCurrent DOT medical examiner's certificate
- verifiedAbility to pass pre-employment drug and background checks
- verifiedKnowledge of DOT regulations and hours-of-service rules
- verifiedExperience with electronic logging devices (ELDs) and GPS routing systems preferred
