About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our fleet as either Solo OTR or Team Drivers. Our mission is to provide a balanced lifestyle that combines strong earning potential with predictable home time. Whether you are looking to run 28 days out and get 5 days home, or partner with a family member or friend, we offer a consistent schedule and 100% no-touch freight to ensure a smooth driving experience.
Solo OTR Drivers
Solo drivers can expect to average 2,000+ miles per week with a competitive pay rate of 52–56 CPM based on experience. The top 20% of our OTR drivers earn over $1,500 weekly. We offer a $2,000 sign-on bonus, paid vacation, and performance bonuses. Our equipment is newer, averaging 18 months old, and we provide convenient home-base terminals to support your journey.
Team Drivers
For those looking to drive with a partner, we offer a starting split pay of $0.72–$0.80 CPM with an average of 5,000 miles per week. If you do not have a team partner, our Team Match program can help you find the right fit, or you can bring a family member or friend on board. We also offer a sponsorship program for new team members.

Hiring Process
Interested candidates must hold a valid Class A CDL and be at least 21 years old with a minimum of 3 months of verifiable experience. The hiring process includes a DOT physical and drug test. Please note that SAP drivers are not eligible for hire, and bonus payouts are subject to specific qualifications.
