About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our fleet as Solo OTR or Team Drivers. Our mission is to provide a balanced lifestyle that combines strong earning potential with predictable home time. Whether you are looking to run 28 days out and get 5 days home, or partner with a family member or friend, we offer a consistent schedule and 100% no-touch freight to ensure your focus remains on the road.
For Solo Drivers, the average is 2,000+ miles per week with top performers in the top 20% earning over $1,500 weekly. Team Drivers can expect an average of 5,000 miles per week with a starting split pay of $0.72 - $0.80 CPM. If you do not have a team partner, our Team Match program can help you find the right fit, or you can bring on a family member or friend with the help of our sponsorship program.

Application Process
To apply, you must hold a valid Class A License (CDL A) and be at least 21 years old with a minimum of 3 months of verifiable experience. Candidates must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test.
