About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our fleet as Solo OTR or Team Drivers. Our mission is to provide a balanced lifestyle that combines strong earning potential with predictable home time. Whether you are looking to run solo or build a team with a family member or friend, we offer the consistency and support you need on the road.
As a Solo Driver, you can expect an average of 2,000+ miles per week on 100% no-touch freight. We offer a structured schedule where you run 28 days out and get 5 days home, providing the balance experienced drivers desire. Top performers in our OTR group earn over $1,500 weekly.
For those interested in Team Driving, we offer a competitive split starting pay of $0.72 - $0.80 CPM with an average of 5,000 miles per week. If you do not have a partner, our Team Match program can help you find the right teammate, or you can bring a family member or friend along. We also offer a sponsorship program to assist with bringing a new partner into the fleet.

Hiring Process
Interested candidates must hold a valid Class A License (CDL A) and be at least 21 years old with a minimum of 3 months of verifiable experience. Applicants must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test. Specific driving record requirements include no more than one preventable accident in the last two years, no major preventable accidents in the last five years, and no more than two moving violations in the last two years. Candidates with a DUI/DWI within the past 5 years (or 10 years if holding a CDL) or a drug-related conviction within the same timeframe are not eligible. SAP drivers are also ineligible for hire.
