About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our fleet as either Solo OTR or Team Drivers. Our mission is to provide a balanced lifestyle that combines strong earning potential with predictable home time. Whether you are looking to run 28 days out and get 5 days home, or partner with a family member or friend, we offer the consistency and support you need on the road.
Solo OTR Drivers
Solo drivers enjoy a consistent, planned schedule with 100% no-touch freight. The average solo driver covers 2,000+ miles per week, with the top 20% of our drivers earning over $1,500 weekly. We offer a $2,000 sign-on bonus and paid vacation to reward your dedication.
Team Drivers
For those looking to maximize their time on the road, our Team Drivers split an average of 5,000 miles per week with starting pay ranging from $0.72 to $0.80 CPM. We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus to be split between partners. If you do not have a team partner, our Team Match program can help you find the right fit, or you can bring a family member or friend on board. We also offer a sponsorship program for new team members.
Equipment and Support
Our fleet features newer equipment averaging 18 months old, ensuring reliability for your daily runs. We maintain convenient home-base terminals and provide 24/7 driver support to assist you whenever needed.
Benefits and Perks
Drivers are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance with prescription benefits for employees and dependents. Additional perks include a 401(k) match, life and accidental death insurance, short-term and long-term disability coverage, and accident insurance. We also offer hospital indemnity, critical illness coverage, flexible spending accounts, a stock purchase plan, an employee assistance program, and pet insurance. Tuition reimbursement and paid orientation are also available.
Application and Qualifications
To apply, candidates must hold a valid Class A CDL and be at least 21 years old with a minimum of 3 months of verifiable experience. Applicants must meet specific safety standards, including no more than one preventable accident in the last two years, no major preventable accidents in the last five years, and no more than two moving violations in the last two years. Candidates must also have no DUI/DWI within the past 5 years (or 10 years if holding a CDL) and must pass a DOT physical and drug test with no drug-related convictions or positive tests in the required timeframes. SAP drivers are not eligible for hire. Bonus payouts are subject to qualification verification; please contact a recruiter for specific details.
