About the Role

This Regional Support position is designed for drivers who are responsible for the safe operation of company equipment and the timely, courteous delivery of products to customers. Unlike standard route roles, this position offers a dynamic experience where you will operate from both a regional support capacity and a home base location. You will have the opportunity to travel to other facilities within the distribution network, with the length of assignment varying based on operational needs. The company provides transportation and housing support for these travel assignments, allowing you to experience different locations within our network while performing essential work that supports America's food distribution system.

In this role, you will transport products from distribution centers to customer locations and conduct pre- and post-trip inspections. You will also operate TracScan units and unload cased products, which involves lifting and moving cases up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally. Success in this position requires excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, as you will be the face of the company at various customer sites.

Hiring Process
