About the Role
As a Traveling Retail Merchandiser, you will be the face of our brand across assigned territories. This field-based role is designed to support Retail Operations by ensuring our products are presented perfectly to shoppers. You will travel between multiple retail locations to execute planograms, set and reset shelves, place displays, and verify pricing. Your work directly drives sales and enhances the shopper experience by maintaining high merchandising standards.
In this position, you will collaborate closely with store teams to prioritize tasks and resolve merchandising issues on the ground. From implementing new item cut-ins and seasonal transitions to monitoring inventory levels and communicating out-of-stock opportunities, you will play a vital role in the success of our retail partners. You will utilize mobile tools to capture documentation and track project completion, ensuring every detail meets our rigorous standards for safety, loss prevention, and appearance.
