About the Role
As a Traveling Retail Merchandiser, you will serve as the face of our brand at various retail locations. This field-based role is designed for individuals who thrive on movement and variety, traveling between stores to execute planograms, set and reset shelves, and place strategic displays. You will be the bridge between our company and store teams, collaborating closely to implement merchandising standards that drive sales and enhance the customer journey.
Your day will involve a mix of physical execution and digital reporting. You will verify pricing accuracy, monitor inventory levels to identify out-of-stocks, and communicate opportunities directly to store personnel. Using mobile tools and handheld devices, you will receive assignments, track your route, and submit required documentation, including before-and-after photos. Success in this role requires strong time management and route planning skills to ensure new item cut-ins, resets, and seasonal transitions are completed on time and to the highest standard.
