About the Role

We are actively seeking a Dentist to join our growing team as a Traveler, working 4 days per week. This role is designed for those who want to support our mission to provide excellent dental care while creating memorable experiences for children and adults. You will be part of a team that believes deeply in teamwork and truly cares about their patients.

In this position, you will take care of your community while participating in activities that promote a positive image of the company. Your day will include joining morning huddles—where you might even lead the session—to plan your day, express appreciation to your team, and highlight examples of customer focus and collaboration. This role is ideal for someone who loves working with kids, as they make up 70% or more of our patient base.

This opportunity provides significant growth and development through mentoring and collaboration. You will work alongside a dedicated support team, including a hygienist, a hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants per provider, ensuring a smooth workflow for an average of 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients daily.
