About the Role
The Cardiac Sonographer provides specialized diagnostic care by performing echocardiography to assess cardiac structure and function. Working independently in diverse clinical settings, the technologist ensures high-quality imaging, accurate data collection, and patient safety. This role involves patient education on the echocardiography process and active collaboration with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to support accurate medical diagnoses.

Requirements
- verifiedCompletion of an accredited Ultrasound Technology program
- verifiedOne year of recent experience as an Echo Cardiovascular Technologist
- verifiedCurrent BLS Certification (AHA/ARC)
- verifiedValid Ultrasound license in compliance with state regulations
- verifiedCurrent Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer Certification (ARDMS)
- verifiedCurrent ARRT Certification in Sonography
- verifiedCurrent Credential from Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI)
- verifiedAbility to read, write, and communicate in the English language
