Requirements
- verifiedActive and unrestricted Speech Language Pathologist licensure in Arizona
- verifiedCompletion of state-mandated continuing education requirements
- verifiedDemonstrated competency in performing job functions per established program
Nice to Have
Experience working within an inpatient or acute rehabilitation setting with an interdisciplinary care team. Demonstrated involvement in professional development activities, continuing education, and professional organizations. Experience with performance improvement initiatives and quality of care methodologies.
