Key Responsibilities
- check_circleProvide direct patient care in a 12-bed Surgical Intensive Care Unit
- check_circleManage and monitor patients on ventilators, arterial lines, and central venous lines
- check_circleMaintain patient ratios of 1:1, 1:2, or 1:3 depending on acuity and unit needs
- check_circleDocument patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately using Cerner EMR
- check_circleFloat to other units as needed based on staffing requirements
- check_circleAdhere to facility dress code and wear navy scrubs at all times
Requirements
- verifiedActive Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
- verifiedCurrent ACLS and BLS certifications
- verifiedMinimum of 2 years of ICU experience
- verifiedProficiency with ICU equipment including ventilators, arterial lines, and central venous lines
- verifiedExperience with Cerner EMR
Nice to Have
Neurological ICU experience. Familiarity with medical, neuro, and surgical intensive care patient populations.
