Titan Medical Group is dedicated to delivering high-quality respiratory care across diverse clinical settings. We operate in an innovative, tech-forward environment where ethical practice and advanced technologies drive meaningful contributions to medical progress. Our collaborative culture is built on the foundation of strong patient advocacy and a commitment to optimizing outcomes for every patient we serve.
As a Travel Respiratory Therapist, you will be the backbone of acute and critical care teams, adapting quickly to new hospitals and workflows while maintaining rigorous safety and quality standards. This role exists to ensure that patients receive expert respiratory management regardless of their location. You will manage ventilators, perform comprehensive assessments, interpret arterial blood gases (ABGs), and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to refine care plans.
Your day will involve setting up and troubleshooting complex respiratory equipment, including ventilators and monitoring devices, while documenting patient status and treatment responses in EMR systems. Beyond clinical duties, you will play a vital educational role, teaching patients and families about respiratory conditions, equipment use, and home care strategies. You will also participate in quality improvement initiatives, ensuring that evidence-based practices are followed at every assignment site.
Candidates selected for an interview will undergo a streamlined process designed to assess both clinical expertise and cultural fit. This typically includes an initial screening to verify credentials and availability, followed by a technical assessment to evaluate proficiency in critical care scenarios. Final candidates will meet with the hiring team to discuss specific assignment details and team dynamics before receiving an offer.
Titan Medical Group is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce. We consider qualified applicants regardless of background, race, religion, gender, or other protected characteristics. We believe that a variety of perspectives strengthens our ability to serve patients and advance medical care.
