Key Responsibilities
- check_circleProvide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit during night shift hours
- check_circleFloat to other Med/Surg/Tele units as assigned based on facility need
- check_circleMonitor and assess patients with telemetry needs, responding appropriately to changes in condition
- check_circleMaintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities
- check_circleCollaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
Requirements
- verifiedActive Registered Nurse (RN) license
- verifiedMinimum of 2 years of RN experience in Medical Surgical or Telemetry
- verifiedNIHSS certification required prior to start date
- verifiedTravel nursing experience strongly required
- verifiedMust reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility
Nice to Have
Experience with Cerner electronic health records system. Comfort working in environments with patient ratios up to 6:1. Ability to work alternating 36/48-hour or straight 48-hour weekly schedules.
