Key Responsibilities
- check_circleDocument patient care accurately using the Meditech electronic documentation system
- check_circleCollaborate within RN/LPN team structures and float within unit discretion as needed
- check_circleUtilize unit technology such as Alaris pumps, telemetry, wound vacs, and chest tubes
- check_circleProvide direct patient care on Medical/Surgical and Orthopedic/Spine units
- check_circleManage patient ratios of 1:5–6 for diverse medical and surgical populations
- check_circlePerform and assist with procedures including post-catheterizations, laparoscopic surgeries, and dialysis
Requirements
- verifiedActive, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license
- verifiedMinimum of 1–2 years of Medical/Surgical RN experience
- verifiedCurrent BLS certification
Nice to Have
ACLS certification, experience with Meditech or similar electronic health record systems, background in orthopedic, spine, or trauma patient populations.
