This opportunity is a travel assignment for a Radiology Technologist based in Honolulu, Hawaii. The role is set within a hospital environment and focuses on performing radiologic imaging procedures per physician orders. You will be responsible for ensuring proper positioning, exposure, and image quality while prioritizing patient safety.
In this position, you will operate radiology equipment, including intraoperative imaging with C-Arm as needed, while maintaining image quality and sterile technique. The role requires collaborating with radiologists, surgeons, and nursing staff to respond to urgent imaging requests and provide bedside imaging when required. You will also verify patient identity and contraindications, apply shielding, and adhere to radiation safety standards and ALARA principles.
The assignment runs for 16 weeks starting June 22, 2026. You will work night shifts with some weekend coverage, though no call is required. This role is ideal for a professional with at least two years of experience in an acute care facility, specifically including intraoperative and C-Arm imaging experience.
