About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment in Little Rock, Arkansas. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of critically ill infants, children, and adolescents in a high-acuity setting.
In this role, you will provide advanced specialized care, collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered outcomes. Your day will involve comprehensive patient assessments, implementing complex care plans, and administering treatments while operating advanced medical equipment such as ventilators and hemodynamic monitors. You will serve as a vital link between patients and their families, explaining procedures and providing emotional support during critical situations while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and professional ethics.
