Key Responsibilities
- check_circleProvide physical therapy to adult patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting
- check_circleCollaborate with the healthcare team to facilitate patient discharge to home
- check_circleFloat to other facilities as needed to support therapy operations
- check_circleDocument patient progress and treatment plans using UDS electronic health records
- check_circleManage a daily caseload of 6-7 patients with complex diagnoses
Requirements
- verifiedGraduate of accredited PT program
- verifiedLicensed in Indiana
- verifiedBLS certification
- verified2+ years experience preferred
- verifiedIRF setting experience preferred
Nice to Have
2+ years of experience. Experience in an IRF (Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility) setting. Adult IRF experience.
