About the Role
As a Travel Physical Therapist, you will serve as a vital link in the continuum of care, delivering high-quality rehabilitative services to patients in varied environments nationwide. This role exists to ensure that patients receive consistent, evidence-based therapy regardless of their location, helping them restore function, reduce pain, and enhance their quality of life.
In this position, you will adapt quickly to new clinical environments, policies, and workflows while maintaining the highest standards of care. Your day-to-day involves collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans and discharge strategies, while also educating patients and families on home exercise programs and safe mobility techniques. You will be expected to navigate different facility guidelines and regulatory requirements with professionalism, ensuring seamless transitions between assignments.
Hiring Process
To join our team, candidates must possess an active, unrestricted state Physical Therapist license in the assigned state(s) or eligibility to obtain one prior to the assignment start. The process includes verifying your Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree, current BLS certification, and valid driver's license. Additionally, all candidates must successfully pass background checks, drug screens, and immunization/health requirements as mandated by specific facilities and state regulations.
