As a Travel Physical Therapist, you will provide high-quality rehabilitative care in varied environments, adapting quickly to new clinical settings, policies, and workflows. This role exists to bridge the gap in healthcare delivery by offering expert, evidence-based therapy to patients who need it most. You will be the face of our commitment to patient outcomes, working alongside interdisciplinary teams to optimize care plans and discharge strategies.
In this position, you will not only treat patients but also educate them and their families on maintaining functional gains through home exercise programs and safe mobility techniques. Your ability to navigate different facility guidelines while maintaining high standards of professionalism is essential. You will serve as a vital link between the patient, the medical team, and Fusion Medical Staffing support staff, ensuring seamless communication regarding assignment details and patient care needs.
To join our team, candidates must be prepared to meet specific regulatory and facility requirements, including passing a background check, drug screen, and immunization/health screenings. Once selected, you will coordinate with our support staff to manage travel logistics and scheduling, ensuring a smooth transition to your new assignment.
