About the Role
Gifted Healthcare is seeking a Travel PACU RN to deliver high-quality post-anesthesia care across partner facilities nationwide. This role is designed for clinicians who thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about ensuring safe patient recovery. You will serve as a critical link in the surgical continuum, assessing and monitoring post-op patients, managing airways, IVs, pain control, and hemodynamic stability, and responding rapidly to emergent changes in condition.
In this position, you will collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia teams, and interdisciplinary staff to ensure seamless transitions of care. Your day-to-day involves adapting quickly to new environments, workflows, and equipment while upholding Gifted Healthcare's rigorous quality standards. Beyond clinical duties, you will play a key role in educating patients and families on post-op care and discharge instructions, empowering them for the journey ahead.
