About the Role
We are seeking a Travel Nurse RN specializing in Orthopedics to join our team in Charleston, West Virginia. This 13-week position focuses on caring for patients with musculoskeletal diseases and disorders, including arthritis, bone fractures, joint replacements, genetic malformations, and osteoporosis. The role requires a nurse who is knowledgeable with traction, casting, mobility devices, and pain management. You will assist physicians with preparation for procedures and surgery, while also supporting patients through their postoperative recovery.

Requirements
- verifiedOne (1) year of nursing experience preferred in an orthopedic unit
- verifiedCurrent Registered Nurse License for the state in which the nurse practices
- verifiedOrthopedic Nurse Certification (ONC) preferred
- verifiedCurrent CPR if applicable
- verifiedTB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
- verifiedCurrent Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
- verifiedMust meet all federal, state and local requirements
- verifiedMust be at least 18 years of age
Nice to Have
One (1) year of nursing experience in an orthopedic unit. Orthopedic Nurse Certification (ONC).
