About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated MedSurg Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Birmingham, Alabama. This position is designed for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced medical-surgical setting and is committed to advancing their nursing skills while supporting a diverse patient population. You will play a vital role in assessing, planning, and evaluating patient care, ensuring a safe and organized environment for every individual.
In this role, you will work closely with the healthcare team to optimize patient care and recovery. Your day will involve monitoring patient progress, administering medications and wound care, and educating patients and their families on proper home health care strategies. Success in this position requires the ability to make quick, accurate decisions and communicate effectively with colleagues and patients alike.
Hiring Process
