We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team for a 13-week travel assignment in Topeka, Kansas. This role is designed for a professional ready to make an immediate impact in a dynamic healthcare environment. You will serve as a key member of a multidisciplinary team, evaluating patients' functional abilities and developing individualized treatment plans that align with physician orders and facility protocols.
In this position, you will provide hands-on therapy while collaborating closely with physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, and nurses. A significant part of your day will involve educating patients, families, and caregivers on techniques to support continued care and safety, ensuring compliance with all state and federal healthcare regulations. This is an opportunity to work independently while being part of a supportive network.
