About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to join our team in a Skilled Nursing Facility in Bronx, New York. This travel position offers a unique opportunity to work in a nursing home environment where you will plan and conduct individualized occupational therapy programs. Your primary focus will be helping patients develop, regain, or maintain their ability to perform daily activities, including teaching them skills and techniques for using adaptive equipment. You will also be responsible for studying, evaluating, and recording patient activities and progress.
This role is designed for professionals ready to work in a dynamic setting, with a schedule typically running Monday through Friday. The contract duration is anticipated to cover the current and/or future school year, with a start date of ASAP.
