Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality, patient-centered care across diverse healthcare settings. This role exists to bridge gaps in care delivery, ensuring that patients in various facilities receive consistent, expert support to improve their functional independence and quality of life.
As a traveler, you will adapt quickly to new environments, policies, and workflows at each assignment location. Your day will involve collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate and optimize patient care plans while maintaining accurate documentation in EMR systems. You will serve as a vital link between the patient, their family, and the medical team, educating them on home programs, adaptive equipment, and safety strategies.
