About the Role

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a Travel Nurse RN for a Rehabilitation assignment in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. Whether you are looking to travel or stay local, we are committed to helping Rehabilitation RNs find the right fit with top healthcare facilities across the country. This role offers a 13-week contract with the possibility of extension, providing reliable support and competitive pay every step of the way.

In this position, you will consult and coordinate with facility healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. You will administer and record prescribed medications and report any adverse reactions to treatments or medications. Our team provides round-the-clock support, ensuring that no matter where you are or what time it is, help is available.
