About the Role
In this position, you will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high clinical standards while managing a diverse caseload. The day-to-day involves performing comprehensive patient assessments, monitoring ongoing conditions, and administering medications and treatments per physician orders. You will play a vital role in patient education, guiding families on care plans and discharge instructions, while maintaining accurate documentation in EMR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or Meditech.
Success in this unit requires strong clinical judgment and the ability to adapt to varying healthcare contexts. You will navigate different protocols, manage multiple patients simultaneously, and respond effectively to clinical changes in a team-based environment.

Requirements
