About the Role

We are seeking a Travel Nurse RN for a Long Term Care position in Omaha, Nebraska. This role is designed for a professional ready to make an immediate impact in a supportive environment. You will be responsible for overseeing patient admissions, transfers, and discharges, while coordinating care with doctors and other healthcare professionals.

In this position, you will administer medications, perform wound care, and deliver personalized interventions as prescribed by the patient's care plan. A key part of your day involves assessing, monitoring, and documenting patient care and health status with detailed records of assessments, medication changes, treatments, and overall condition changes. You will also ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including infection control procedures.
