About the Role
In this position, you will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high clinical standards while delivering compassionate care. The day-to-day involves performing comprehensive patient assessments, monitoring ongoing conditions, and administering medications and treatments per physician orders. You will also assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), monitor vitals and pain levels, and maintain accurate documentation in EMR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or Meditech. A key part of your role includes educating patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions while strictly following infection control and safety protocols.
