About the Role
Labor and Delivery Nurses play a vital role in bringing people into the world. In this position, you will care for women during labor and childbirth, monitoring both the baby and the mother while coaching them through the process. You will assist doctors, prepare women and their families for the stages of giving birth, and support patients with breastfeeding after delivery. This role offers the opportunity to advocate for patients from diverse backgrounds, refining your patient advocacy skills and enhancing your cultural sensitivity.
