This opportunity places a Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at a facility in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. The role involves working under the general supervision of the Department Director to plan and deliver quality nursing care to assigned patients. You will utilize critical thinking to select appropriate interventions that result in desired patient outcomes and direct the immediate supervision of assistive personnel. Additionally, you will participate in the orientation of new employees and delegate care according to nursing practice standards.
