TravelNurseSource is partnering with AMN Healthcare to connect a qualified Emergency Room/Trauma Registered Nurse with SCL Health in Lafayette, Colorado. About the Role
This 12-week contract role is based in the Emergency Room and Trauma unit, offering a dynamic environment where you will perform independent nursing functions and delegated medical duties in accordance with state Board of Nursing standards. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care, as well as providing health teaching and counseling. The position involves evaluating patient health status through ongoing data collection and delivering supportive, restorative therapy either directly to patients or through consultation and supervision of others.
As part of the team, you will promote the mission, vision, and values of SCL Health while adhering to service behavior standards. The role may require floating to other departments within your scope of competency and qualifications based on business needs, and you may be placed on-call during regularly scheduled shifts. This position is ideal for a nurse looking to adapt to new facilities and teams, challenge their problem-solving skills, and navigate varying healthcare contexts.
