About the Role
As an RN Case Manager specializing in Utilization Review, you will coordinate patient care from admission through discharge. Your primary focus is ensuring that treatments, services, and resources align with each patient's medical needs and recovery goals. You will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and external providers to remove barriers to care, streamline transitions, and support safe, efficient discharge planning.

This 13-week assignment is based in Fort Pierce, Florida, located on the east coast in the region known as the Treasure Coast. Referred to as the "Sunrise City," Fort Pierce is a waterfront city where the lifestyle revolves around the water. The area features charming pathways and cozy eateries, with crystal clear waters teeming with activity for boating, water-skiing, fishing, and swimming.
