About the Role

TravelNurseSource is partnering with All Medical Personnel to find a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) for a Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) assignment in Arkansas. This is a 13-week contract role for an RN First Assistant (RNFA).

In this position, you will work alongside surgeons in the operating room to provide direct patient care. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve assisting physicians with patient management and delivering comprehensive surgical care. You will assess, plan, and implement nursing care for patients before, during, and after surgery. Additionally, you will be responsible for pre- and post-operative patient education while continuously monitoring the physical and emotional well-being of those under your care.
