About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this role, you will provide holistic care to patients and their families, focusing on independent, collaborative, and delegated nursing functions specific to the CVICU environment.
Your scope of practice will encompass the care of patients throughout the life cycle, from neonates to older adults. You will execute the Standards of Nursing Practice, including assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation. As a key member of the care team, you will develop and revise patient care plans, coordinate efforts among various disciplines, and delegate activities to other care providers as appropriate. Through active participation and personal leadership, you will help define and improve practice standards to promote remarkable patient care.
