Vetted is seeking a dedicated RN - Oncology to join a travel assignment in Jackson, Mississippi. This role offers a unique chance to apply your clinical expertise in a dynamic healthcare setting while enjoying the flexibility of travel nursing.
Role Context
As an Oncology RN, you will be an integral part of the patient care team, ensuring high-quality support for patients undergoing cancer treatment. Your day-to-day will involve preparing rooms, supplies, and equipment to maintain a smooth patient care workflow. You will work a standard 40-hour week with 8-hour shifts, adhering strictly to patient identification and privacy practices during all interactions. Effective communication of handoff information regarding assigned tasks and patient needs is essential to maintaining continuity of care.
Compensation & Benefits
This contract offers a gross pay of approximately $8,982 per month. The pay package is based on confirmed shifts and hours and may include both taxable and tax-free components. Key financial benefits include guaranteed pay to protect against canceled shifts and premium overtime rates (2x hourly) for overtime worked on travel assignments. You will also receive weekly pay for enhanced financial flexibility.
Beyond base compensation, the package includes comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) with employer match, housing stipends, travel assistance, and a referral bonus.
