About the Role
Cross Country Allied is seeking a Travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team in Omaha, Nebraska. This role involves performing quality diagnostic and therapeutic nuclear medicine procedures under supervision to ensure accurate imaging for diagnosis and treatment. The position is unique in its requirement for flexibility, as you will work in both the department and mobile settings.
Hiring Process & Application
Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. Please note that local candidates are not accepted; there is a 100-mile radius restriction for this assignment. The role includes 12 hours of non-billable orientation, during which guaranteed hours are not applicable.

Requirements
- verifiedGraduate from an accredited nuclear medicine program

- verifiedKnowledge of radioactive materials, doses, and flood sources
- verifiedExperience with patient monitoring and radiation safety equipment
- verifiedAbility to work with radioactive material safely
- verifiedNo limited license needed
- verifiedCertification covering PET/CT attenuation correction is sufficient
Nice to Have
Prior clinical experience. Effective handling of patients and families across all age groups. Knowledge of nuclear medicine gamma cameras from various manufacturers.
