About the Role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Med Surg unit in a travel capacity. This role is designed for professionals who thrive in a team assignment model rather than individual patient assignments. You will care for a geriatric population, managing general rehab post-surgery patients and those with conditions such as dementia and stroke. The environment is supportive, with nurse aides and CNAs available on every shift, a charge nurse present on each shift, and no call or standby requirements. While the unit utilizes telemonitoring, there is no requirement to read strips, and patient care involves patient-managed CPAP equipment without the need for ventilators or advanced respiratory equipment.
