About the Role
This opportunity is for a Travel Nurse RN in Med Surg located in Peoria, Illinois. The role begins on June 22, 2026, for a duration of 13 weeks. You will work 36 hours per week on 12-hour night shifts.
In this position, you will consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. Your responsibilities include preparing and administering prescribed medications (orally, subcutaneously, and through IVs), recording these actions, and reporting any adverse reactions. You will also educate patients on surgical procedures, record medical information and vital signs, and monitor and adjust specialized equipment used on patients while interpreting and recording electronic displays.
