About the Role
We are seeking a Travel Med Surg RN for a 13-week assignment at a facility in Chariton, Iowa. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of patients while enjoying competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.
In this role, you will deliver comprehensive, high-quality, patient-centered care in medical-surgical and telemetry units. Your day will involve assessing patient health conditions, monitoring cardiac telemetry data, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to manage diverse patient needs. You will be responsible for explaining procedures to patients and families, administering treatments, and advocating for patient needs to ensure they are respected and integrated into their care plans. This position requires strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and professional ethics.

Requirements
