About the Role
We are seeking a Travel Occupational Therapist Manager to lead a small therapy department in Harlowton, Montana. This role is unique in its blend of clinical practice and leadership responsibilities. You will oversee a team of three staff members (one Physical Therapist, one Physical Therapist Assistant, and one Speech Therapist) while maintaining your own patient caseload, which includes skilled inpatients in collaboration with PT and ST.
A key component of this position involves representing the Therapy Department in monthly leadership meetings and daily team huddles. You will also have the opportunity to work within the local school district setting for two half-days per week during the school year. The role requires a strategic approach to optimizing therapy scheduling and managing overtime. Additionally, you may be open to job-sharing arrangements with a nearby facility located 60 miles away and will be expected to provide community education.
