About the Role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment in Anchorage, Alaska, to support a high-risk Labor and Delivery unit at a nationally recognized Magnet-designated, Level II Trauma acute care hospital. This facility has been named a best hospital in Alaska and handles an average daily delivery volume of up to 14 patients.

In this role, you will provide direct patient care, managing inductions, antepartum, and OB triage patients. You will operate within a comprehensive unit encompassing OB triage rooms, LDR rooms, OR suites, and PACU rooms. The position involves performing third-trimester testing and triage assessments, with the potential to float to like units within the facility or affiliate locations as needed. You may also serve in or train toward a charge nurse role as unit needs require.
